Architectural Control Committee


The Bylaws of North Ridge Farms in article IX stipulate an Architectural Control Committee (ACC) whose duty

  • "...shall be to approve or disapprove of the construction and or placement of all related items covered in the restrictions."



The ACC strives to provide fair, timely and consistent review and makes every effort to provide input and approval (in accordance with all restrictions and article XIV of the bylaws).

The ACC requests that all residents who desire to make architectural changes (as defined in the restrictions), read and complete these forms:
