Annual Assessment
Per Article XI of the North Ridge Farms bylaws: As more fully provided in the Restrictions and these By-Laws, each member is obligated to pay to the Association its annual and special assessments. All assessments, which are not paid by the due date, shall be deemed delinquent and may be secured by a lien upon the property against which the assessment is made. The Association may bring action at law against the Owner personally obligated to pay the same or foreclose the lien against the property. Interest, costs, and reasonable attorney’s fees of any such action shall be added to the amount of such assessment.
Per paragraph 2 of the North Ridge Farms deed restrictions: The annual assessment shall be due and payable by February 1 of each year. A late charge of $25.00 will be added to any late payment, and an additional $25.00 for each thirty (30) days past due.
Special Assessment
Homeowners who have not paid the special assessment for the main entrance per Article XI of the Bylaws of North Ridge Farms are deemed delinquent and are subject to a lien on the property against which the assessment is made. These cases have been handed over to our attorney for collection.
