The adopted mailbox standard is  a smooth high-gloss black standard-size box. To ensure uniformity use Gibraltar Mailbox model #E1600B00 from Home Depot, WalMart or an online retailer. Diminsions are 10.9" H x 8.7" W x 22.6" D.
